Delivery and return

The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery method selected by the Buyer;
The Seller sends / transfers the goods within 3-5 working days from the moment when the Seller has received payment for the order in his bank account;
In urgent cases, if the Buyer needs a faster dispatch / delivery, the Buyer shall inform the Seller thereof in order to agree on the possibilities to perform a faster dispatch / delivery;
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, the available delivery methods are:
Delivery using OMNIVA parcel terminal , price - 3.00 EUR;
Delivery using DPD Pickup parcel terminal , price - 2.00 EUR;
Delivery using DPD cruiser , price - 3.00 EUR.
In case of delivery delay, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer about the delay in delivery of the order.
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the color, size or model of the product, then the Buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 calendar days.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods, unless SIA RELINE has agreed to cover these costs.
In cases where the Buyer has requested changes to the goods and they are manufactured to individual order, the Seller will not return the goods and will not change them. ( Paragraph 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers 255 );
